Tour operator software that runs every trip, from request to return

OpenVoy brings your requests, proposals, bookings and payments into one system. Your team answers faster, builds better trips and always knows what is due next.

One system for the whole operation

Most tour operators run on four or five tools. A form on the website, an inbox, a spreadsheet for bookings, a Word file for itineraries and a calendar for deadlines. Each one works. The trouble starts in the gaps between them.

OpenVoy is built around the trip itself. A request comes in, becomes a deal, gets an itinerary, turns into a booking and gets paid. Every step happens on the same record, so nothing gets copied by hand and nothing gets lost when someone is on holiday.

That makes it tour management software as well as a sales tool. The same system that wins the trip also runs it, from the deposit to the day the travellers fly home.

Everything a tour operator needs, in one place

Every request in one place

Requests from your forms and forwarded emails land in OpenVoy as deals. They are ranked by what is worth answering first, so the best ones never wait.

Follow-ups that send themselves

Set a follow-up sequence once. OpenVoy sends each email at the right moment and stops as soon as the traveller replies.

Itineraries in minutes

Build day by day from your library of stays, activities and transfers. Reuse your best trips as templates instead of starting from a blank page.

A trip page for every proposal

Travellers get a link to a page with your brand on it. They read it on their phone and can comment on each day of the trip.

Deposits and balances on track

Each booking gets a payment plan from your template. You see who has paid, who still owes a balance and when it is due.

Reports that tell you what to do

Conversion, response time and revenue by market and consultant. A weekly email gives each consultant a short list of what to do next.

How it works

  1. 01

    A traveller sends a request

From your website form, a destination page or an email you forward. It opens a deal straight away.

  2. 02

    Your team replies and proposes

The right consultant picks it up, replies from a template and builds the itinerary from your library.

  3. 03

    The trip is booked

Mark the deal as won. The booking gets its payment plan and checklist automatically.

  4. 04

    You learn from every season

See which markets, sources and consultants convert, and where requests get stuck.

Questions we get asked

What is tour operator software?

Tour operator software is a system that handles the work of selling and running trips: taking requests, building itineraries, sending proposals, managing bookings and tracking payments. OpenVoy does all of these in one place, so your team does not have to copy information between tools.

What is the difference between tour operator software and tour management software?

The terms overlap. Tour operator software usually means the whole business: requests, sales, itineraries and bookings. Tour management software often means running the trips once they are sold: departures, travellers, payments and tasks. OpenVoy does both in one system.

Is OpenVoy for tailor-made trips or group tours?

Both. Most of our customers sell tailor-made trips, built per request. You can also set up tours with fixed departures, a capacity and a price per person, and book travellers onto them.

Do I need to change my website?

No. You can add OpenVoy request forms to the website you have. We can also build and host destination pages and forms for you, and every form opens a request in OpenVoy.

How long does it take to get started?

Most teams send their first proposal from OpenVoy within a couple of weeks. We help you import your stays, activities and templates, and we set up your forms with you.

Can several consultants work in it at once?

Yes. Requests can be assigned automatically by market or speciality, and each consultant sees their own work. Admins see everything.
